The Hill is the famous free area at the centre of the racecourse and the heart of the party as people flock to dance by the stage, pitch up their picnics and discover the wonder that the market, fun fair and racing holds.
The fun runs all day, watching the races from the giant screens, with live music, markets and the funfair continuing on after racing. There are plenty of bars, catering outlets, fun fair rides and stalls for the crowd to enjoy. Picnics can be brought along should you wish.
The Hill features the Hillside Enclosure, a ticketed area containing the Family Zone and Garden Party, step to the left for free family entertainment, or to the right for live music and delicious food.
New this year is Horseplay on The Hill, which is a free-to-access zone with free racing-inspired activities and games for the family, seating areas, wet weather cover and a big screen to see all the action from the racecourse.
Cars can be parked on the Hill and entry tickets will be available to purchase through our ticketing hub.
