A day in the life of a Epsom Downs Racecourse Sponsor
See your name or your company name/brand in print in the morning papers. Not just the racing press, but the daily Nationals as well.
On arrival you see your chosen name/brand on banners at the racecourse entrance and at the finishing post - for that all important television coverage.
Your hospitality manager greets you in your box/suite as you study the racecard to see the names of your guests and the page of advertising you've placed.
Our sponsorship manager welcomes you and talks you through the events of the day answering any questions about the procedures.
Your guests arrive to a champagne reception as they enjoy Epsom Downs Racecourse special hospitality including raceday tips from a celebrity tipster.
You are then able to enjoy superb food and quality wine served by professional staff in a stunning and exclusive location.
Before your race we take you down to enjoy the unique and exclusive environment of the Parade ring. This high profile event allows you a chance to see up close the magnificent thoroughbreds and mingle with the owners and jockeys prior to the race.
You select the 'Best turned horse' in your sponsored race, as well as having your picture taken with the winning stable boy or girl.
As the horses leave the Parade ring you are taken to the Royal Box to enjoy the race with a glass of champagne as the commentator repeatedly mentions your race name/brand and see the horses loaded into the stalls bearing your name. The race starts and along with regular mentions in the commentary your name/brand is shown all over the country through televised coverage.
We escort you to the Winner's Circle where, you or a selectively chosen guest from your party present the winning owner with a trophy and the winning jockey with a magnum of champagne in front of the presentation podium, which also carries your name/brand. As you receive thanks from the presentation announcer while TV cameras and photographers get their shots including the racecourse photographer.
As we replay of your race around the course we return you to your private box/suite to enjoy the rest of the afternoons racing in outstanding style.
As the day draws to a close your sponsorship manager returns to present you with a framed montage of pictures showing you or your chosen guest presenting the winners trophies.
