Hospitality Packages - August to October 2009

We are offering some fantastic hospitality packages for all of our remaining race days/evenings in 2009. Coming up we have our August Summer evening race meeting on the 20th and our much loved Family Fun Day on the 31st August 'Bank Holiday Monday'. We have afternoon racing on the 3rd, 9th and 10th September and we finish off the season with our Autumn meeting on Saturday 3rd October. All of the packages below are available to you for the rest of the racing season to ensure a fantastic hospitality experience and a package to suit everyone.

Mate's Rate Package

The Mate's Rate Package is situated in a private box and is based on a minimum of 15 guests. Guests will order their food on the night from plenty of tasty options within our food court. Your food will then be delievered to your box. The Mate's Rate package allows guests to enjoy our tasty no-nonsense food in the luxury of your own private box with your own private balcony. The package also includes half a bottle of wine per person or 2 bottles of beer per person along with a race entry badge.

Chef's Table Package

The Chef's Table package is an interactive and informal buffet option. The set up will be very much like a restaurant however you will have the interaction of the chef's within one of our beautiful suites. The chef's will prepare delicious buffet style food for you as you watch. The Chef's Table package also includes half a bottle of wine per person or 2 bottles of beer per person along with a race entry badge. This package requires no minimum numbers.

The Piggott Package

The Piggott Package is perfect for a great day or evening at the races, without breaking the bank! The Piggott Package includes;

The Archer Package

The Archer Package is our most luxurious hospitality package. Treat your guests to an extra special time at Epsom as the package includes;

Champagne reception with mini canapes

A delicious three course meal

Tea and coffee with cheese & biscuits

Complimentary beer, house wine and soft drinks throughout the event

Private Boxes

With superb facilities and breath taking views across Epsom Downs Racecourse, private boxes are in high demand for our Epsom Live nights!

The parade ring is close by, giving you the opportunity to view your favourite runners both pre and post race. Queenstand box holders can also visit the Winner's Circle.

Your box package will include badges for your guests, passes for near by car parking, race cards, information guides and racing papers. The catering package will be tailored to your personal requirements.

Private Room Hire

Both Queen's Stand and Duchess's Stand have fantastic suites available for large private parties across any of July's Epsom Live nights. Our suites can be set up for the perfect party occasion or they could even be tied in with a conference for those that like mixing work with pleasure. Our room sizes vary from as little as 12 to as large as 350 people.
